Network error -> could not install Fusion360

First i could not download the installer because of network error (doesn't start the download)

The Chat support send me a salesforce link to download the installer, which works fine.

Starting the installer results in waiting at 0% process and after 1 minute I get an error:

Permisson ist given for streamer.exe in my firewall: ZoneAlarm free use including AntiVir

Exception in Deploy [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2555)

Sounds like the firewall/anti virus is interfering. Please try the instructions here:
