Need Renew Educational License

We're a Robotics University team and we use this account to manage all of our projects. Recently it seems to have expired and we're no longer able to modify files and add new members. We need help in getting this account an educational license so that we can continue our work. thanks in advance!

You can find all sorts of help on the internet. Take a look at this Autodesk webpage. As the webpage mentions but it bears repeating, make sure you use the same educational Autodesk ID you are presently using to preserve your past work.
