Need help draw line with circle

I am a beginner, need help to draw someting like in the photo. 

please point me to tools I should use, or to the tutorial on the internet

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file attempt to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Have you gone through the Tutorials?  (Do you know how to read a Timeline?)

Do you know how to create a Rectangle?

Do you know how to create a Circle?

Do you know how to Extrude?

Do you know how to Fillet?

I Attached example above with Sketch Fillet and with Feature Fillet.
