Need follow up on case 20802929

This case 20802929 was escalated and so far I have not heard back about the issue. I cannot access my files as they are all read only and if this is not resolved soon I will loose my files in 30 days. This may involve a phone call to me as nobody seems to know how to fix the issue and frankly typing it out on chat is getting tiresome.

Can you export your files? In my experience, once support goes dark, they don't come back.

Hi @dkampWQTNE ,

 

Sorry for the delay in getting back to on this. And I do apologize for your experience so far in your support case.

 

I dug into this with the teams and what's happening is that even though the Education license was expired, there was a 30 day grace period applied which was conflicting with your personal license. I can see that there is an active personal license that expires in 3 years. 

 

The grace period ends today, so the problem should no longer exist, or at the very least will clear up by tomorrow. Can you please let me know if you see differently?

Thanks for the update. As of 12:00 EDT the issue has not changed but I will check on Friday and let you know.
