NC viewer not loading

I use NV viewer to inspect my drawknife tool paths to be sure that the swivels generate properly. I opened the NV viewer in the manufacturing workspace today. When it opens it does not load properly. I get a simple blank grey screen.

 

I restarted F360 but that did not solve it.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is not loading?

Their web site, and FB page are now working again and the NC viewer loads in F360....coincidence???
