Nach September Updatet alle Projekte verschwunden!

Hallo zusammen,

habe folgende Problematik, nach dem Update sind alle in der Cloud gespeicherten Projekte in Fusion nicht mehr zu sehen. 

Online also im Browser auf der Website kann ich alle Projekte sehen. 

Wie bekomme ich Fusion wieder Synchronisiert? 

 

Geprüft üb ich mit dem richtigen Account angemeldet bin habe ich gemacht ebenso mich an und wieder abgemeldet.

Hallo,

befinden sich die Projekte beim Single User oder beim Team?

Prüfe die Einstellung im Datapanel.

@arno-samar Many of our educational accounts faced this issue earlier today. We had a back end fix that many have confirmed solved this problem. 

Can you please logout/close Fusion and login again please? It could be that a cache on the machine could be blocking to pick up the back end change.

Thanks for the information. I also deleted the log out and log in + chache process you described. all without success

@arno-samar Also can you post an image of what you see in Fusion online so that we know how many projects are missing. Are all these projects having folder permissions on them?
