My works was suddenly deleted?

  1. So I dont use autodesk app much like I always do so I decided to use it today. I went to the Gallery to see my previous works but all of it was gone! There are only 2 works that are still in my account which are my unfinished ones. I think the reason is because of the update? I recently updated this app so yes that's what I think.

please help me know how to recover them! I use this app since last year and I love my work so much so i want to recover them.

Hi @Anonymous,

welcome to Fusion 360 Community Forum! Thanks for posting.

The updates do not remove any of the data stored in the Cloud. Have you tested the suggestions from the following knowledge article: Projects, folders or files are missing from Fusion 360?

Let me know if that helps. Thanks!

I encountered the same problem, except this happened to all my files. The problem is, I didn't even remember updating at all or even turning auto update. It just happened as soon as I opened the app as usual. If you can find me a way to back these works up I would be very thankful. I am currently using the mobile version if that helps.

Go to Fusion 360 Web Database and log in using the Autodesk ID and password you used when you created your files and see if they are there.  Remember, if you changed your Autodesk ID, then the files stay with the one they were created with.  You can change the password without issue but not the Autodesk ID and maintain you associated files.  Fusion 360 updates do not have anything to do with files storage, just the Autodesk ID you used to create them.
