My Team disappear after saving project

Hi,

 

My Team disappear after saving a project.

After restating the Fusion 360 it asked me to create new team but it failed:

 

 

Unable to create Team test
Either there is a network issue or you do not have the permissions needed for this. Please try again or contact your administrator. If the problem persists contact customer support.

 

 

How can I recover my Team and saved project? I can't even use Fusion 360 now because it is always asking me to create the new team and it is failed.

When I try to access myhub.autodesk360.com it always redirect me to other page and when I back I can see that somehow I'm editor of my project and I can't change it (I'm the admin of the team) maybe it is related to issue.

 

Please help me I can't use the Personal version also because it always ask me to create new Team but it failed

It would help to understand your issue if you show some screen captures.  Using the web address you posted, I also get directed to a generic page.  From this page I click on my Avatar or Username in the upper right hand corner to select the Team Hub I want to view.  I have grayed out a couple since they are shared Teams.

 

Show the Forum what you are seeing, maybe it will give a clue to your issue.

Thanks for your replay

 

This is the real issue I have, I can't use Fusion 360 because it always ask me to create new Team (In the screenshots below you can see that I have a Team)

it just means that I used Incognito mode of the browser.

I'm also keep getting mails like "Welcome to the Test team!" so it sounds like some bug.

All of this sounds like you have more then one Autodesk ID and used one when you first created the Team Hub and now you are using another Autodesk ID where you have been invited to that team.  Do you remember ever using a different Autodesk ID?  When you go to the Web Database using "myhub.autdesk360.com are you sure you are using the same Autodesk ID as you do when you log into Fusion 360?

Yes I have only one user and I created the team with it, I've never invited to any team
