my private hub disappeared and all my projects are gone

I created a team an joined a team and afterwards all my personal projects are gone.

normally i could choose my personal hub  with all my projects, but the personal hub disappeared.

I recently changed my contact Email-Adress. could this cause this problem?

You say that you changed your "contact" email.  Did you update your Autodesk Account, is this what you mean by you did?  If not, and you just changed your email address, maybe your account needs to be updated.

Edit: Go to A360, web database, use your old Autodesk ID and see it your data is there.  If so, you should be able to use your old Autodesk ID in Fusion 360 as well.

the link you provided just led me to a blank page.

Ich just logged in once and now everything is back to normal.

Thanks for your help, I was really afraid everything I designed the last 4 years was lost...
