My hub, drawings, etc all show my name incorrectly

Hi!

So I noticed when making a drawing that my automatically inserted name is strange.   Tried changing all appropriate account information and signing out and back in. Also, my data panel shows same username.  It's showing my email address username times 2.  I'd like it to read "Bradley Newman".  I've aatched a .png showing the issue I speak of.

Please advise.

Thank you for posting in the forum! I think there is an issue at the back end, so I will escalate this to A360 team and ask them to check if everything is fine with your account.

I'll circle back here as soon as I have an update.

Not working.  My Autodesk User Profile/Preferences (in Chrome browser) showed "newmanbk newmanbk" for first name/last name.  Switched to Bradley Newman.  Logged out of everything.  When I log back in to 360, top right shows "Bradley Newman" for a couple seconds, then reverts to "Newmanbk Newmanbk".

Thanks for staying on this.  If it helps, my drawings now show "Bradley Newman" in the title block by default, so that's a step lol
