My Fusion 360 session automatically closes itself after login

Hi, I've been having trouble logging with another account in the Fusion 360 app. My free trial expired a while ago, and I share my computer with someone who wanted to create an account and activate another free trial for himself to use.

When he tried to do so, his session closed just after he wrote his credentials. The app won't let him login with his account, although it will still let me sign in easily.

Is there anything I can do to let him use Fusion 360 in my computer, with his own account?

I have the same problem but Instead of a free trial I have a student's licence. I don't know what else to do I need it for my class
