Hi,

I have a problem with my Fusion 360. Every time i open an imported file in F360 and try to edit it the program give me this error:

Application: Fusion360.exe
Error: Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)
Crashed Module Name: NuClientBase10.dll
Exception Address: 0x00007ffbc4951200
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Flags: 0
Exception Parameters: 0, 30

If i open a file created by me, i have no problem.

I have a Lenovo laptop with i5-13500HX, Nvidia RTX 3040 Win11 with the latest drivers.

Thank you.

The obvious question, “Can you Attach the original file here?”

all my imported  files are from grabcad and is not one file , all of them have the same problem because i tried diferent files. I can open F360 and create my own and export them but when im uploading a file from another source like grabcad my F360 upload tha file but i cand do anything to them. The firs time i click on the object i get that error from F360. I didnt had this problem with my older laptop but with this one i do. I think it have something to do with my graphic card or Win11 but i dont know what.

Thank you for your reply.

Then  you should have plenty of files to choose from.

Can you get it into Fusion (just can't edit)?

If yes,

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

If no,

Then attach original file before import.

Some screen shots might help in diagnosis too.

Shift Win S to Copy and CTRL v to Paste in a Reply here.

This is one of the files from grabcad. As you can see in the first printscreen i can upload the file but the little house icon near the cube gizmos is missing and the moment i try to edit it i get that error like in the second printscreen. I tried to save it as f3d and open it but i get the same error.

I did a search on  the internet and found something about documents not being editable. I tried the command "DataPanel.Reload" but still nothing.

I still have this problem with my F360. I tried to replace the video drivers from game to studio optimizations and are up to date. I can create new files, edit and save or export but i cant work with my previous imported files or work with new imported ones. After i upload them i cant rotate them using the mouse, i cant select them with the mouse, only from the browser tree and if i right click on the name object i get this error:

Date/Time: 2023-07-02 13:00:02 +03:00
Application: Fusion360.exe
Error: Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)
Crashed Module Name: NuClientBase10.dll
Exception Address: 0x00007ffa305c1200
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Flags: 0
Exception Parameters: 0, 30

As an example, i have attached 2 files. With the stl i can work, edit and save or export but with the f3d i cant.
