Hi there,

I just opened up my fusion 360 for the first time in over a couple of months and it said it was expired.

So I clicked on the notification box top right of the software screen and followed the link filled in the info to extend it for another year added my attached credentials. 10 minutes later I received an Email confirmation of a years subscription, for my email that I use to log into fusion. I have logged in and out of fusion three time and each time it still tells me it is expired. I'm currently unable to create a file and save.

what do I need to do to get it to work?

Thanks

Glen

Hi @ghiggsUVQ9T,

Thanks for posting.

Could you please visit Get Products on the Education Community and even if you already have Fusion installed, you'll need to click "Get product" -> "ACCESS" on the Fusion 360 product card to activate your educational license:

Then you'll likely need to close Fusion and relaunch it and sign in again.

Does that help?

Regards,

Gabe
