My designs are gone!

I just got a new computer and loaded the free version of Fusion 360 on it. When I open Fusion 360 I find that I can only access the last 10 designs that I did and the "10 editable designs" - which are mostly the same thing. 5 years of other designs are all gone. I can't find them on in the web account either. What happened? This is a lot of work over years of making little things to print - tools, plant pots for my wife, pieces for my car and my boat etc. I rely on being able to find and re-print a piece when I need it!

Has the Fusion 360 policy changed or something like that and they deleted my designs without telling me? This is really frustrating.

The first thing that I would check is to make sure you've logged in with the correct email address. Many users have experienced this in the past and it's often the case where this is the issue...

Thanks - now I figured it out. Some time ago you guys forced a window that would not go away asking me to create a "team" or something like that. The only way to make this window go away and never come back was to comply, so I filled in the name - something like: "stupidteamthatididntaskforanddontneed" - and forgot about it. When I loaded Fusion360 onto my new machine, it defaulted to the "team", which has only my last 10 designs in it. I can get to my real working directory by clicking on that name - which brings up a window that allows me to select the real account.

Thank you for explaining this! The same thing happened to me, new computer and all my designs were gone -- turned out to be the same issue, once I opened my 'team' page from the dropdown I could see all of them again. I don't see why creating a team is a mandatory step of launching Fusion 360.
