Multiple sketches on the same plane

I would like to have these sketches share the same plane. I wanted to sketch these objects on a single plane but it got very crowded and messy with constraints and dimensions. Would there be a problem if I had multiple sketches on the same plane?

no problem whatsoever.  You can certainly have more than one sketch on the same plane.

It is perfectly fine to have any number of sketches on the same plane, in fact it happens very often.  You can turn the sketches on and off as needed.  It seems you have done the sketches very nicely, all being fully constrained.

Thanks. And is this also common practice if there is too much geometry in a single sketch?

yes, this is pretty common practice.  You just need to figure out the minimum number of geometries which might be needed in more than one sketch, and Project those into the necessary sketches.  For instance, lines or points which need to be in common between multiple sketches.
