Multiple projects missing

I just opened up Fusion 360 and found that almost half of my projects just aren't there. When I open up the Fusion Hub in the browser, all of the projects show up there, but they don't show up in the app.

Nothing is Archived, all of the projects are owned by me (not shared), and this is a paid Fusion 360 account.

When I go to recent files in Fusion 360, it shows one of the files that are missing. I can open it, but it gives a warning that the design is located in another team and I may not be able to save changes. However, I don't belong to any other team. When I click my name at the top of the fusion app where you can choose your team, the only team shown is me.

Where are my files?

What is going on here?

I believe it is in team mode, I posted a photo to show. There is only 1 team shown, the one I'm in. I cannot change it.

@importshark Couple of things to try:

1. If you hit the refresh on the data panel, does that help?
2. If you can change the hub and then come back into this hub, does that refresh?

It seems to be a sync issue as these are well available and visible in Fusion team.

Could you also go into Help - support and diagnostics- diagnostic log files and attach the generated zip files here, please?

I have refreshed several times without any change. I even tried shutting down Fusion 360 and starting it again.

I also just noticed that on the Hub in the browser, the different projects have a "security type" column. All of the one that are missing show as being "Folder level" security, although I have no idea what that means as I created these the same as all other projects.

@importshark Thank you for the logs. you mentioned that you can see all the files in Fusion team. Can you please go in there select a design that is missing in Fusion application and sect "Open in Desktop". Does this open the design successfully?

It opens, but I cannot save modifications to anything.

When I try to save, it says it cannot be save. The box that pops up says its a  cross-team design, and that it is located on a different team. When I mouse over it the team it belongs to pop's up, and it shows that it belongs to me.

@importshark  A support ticket has been created. We may reach out directly if we have questions, but will post updates here as well.

@importshark Can you check (from the browser) if the Project has any active users in it:

  1. Open your hub in the browser
  2. click your icon in the top right > select "Admin"
  3. Open the Projects tab
  4. Select the Project: "Work"
  5. Click "Manage Roles"
  6. Are you listed in the Project Members? If not, can you switch to the Team Members tab, and click "Make Project Admin" beside your name

My name is listed as a team member. It shows I'm an administrator. I uploaded a screenshot.

Thanks for checking that. While the Engineering team is looking into the issue, are you able to export the file(s) you need and Upload them into another Project:

  1. Download the file(s) you need from the browser as a Fusion Archive (.f3d/.f3z)
  2. Upload the .f3d/.f3z into another Project that is working

Yes, I was able to already to that to work on what I needed immediately. I just saved in into a different project. Atleast I was able to do that much.

Yes, everything is back now. Hopefully it doesn't happen again, this program seems to be getting pretty buggy lately. Thanks for checking back in though.

10/03/2023. The same problem is happening today on educator account and many of my students. This is bringing our projects to a halt. Trying to get live support, but stuck at 17th in line for a half hour.
