‘Move’ in Drawings VERY Slow

I am running…

-The latest public release of Fusion 360

-The latest version of MacOS

-M2 Mac Mini

I am trying to create working drawings for a large assembly in the Drawing environment in Fusion 360. Every time I attempt to Move anything like a drawing view, or dimension or a sketch line, Fusion becomes nearly unresponsive and sometimes moves the object in very erratic directions that are unrelated to the cursor or click position. Usually this also results in the object being stuck to the cursor and being unable to complete and be placed in a desired location, no matter what I do, even hitting Return/Enter does not work. The only way I can get out of the command is to click another tab and Fusion will go black and go into that tab then upon returning I see nothing has been accomplished by the move, it’s still in the original place.

Honestly the Drawing environment in Fusion 360 is the absolutely worst experience on ANY software like it, it’s so restricted on usability (like being able to mass select and unselect components and use keyboard commands like ‘V’ to turn of viewing multiple components at once…. Ect) and clunky that I am considering throwing in the towel and moving on from Fusion this year, I have used Fusion since beta and Drawings is just not getting better. I mean come on Autodesk please please please put some cash into Drawings on here, I don’t want to leave but WOW it this bad, no matter what machine I have used it on, no matter what version it is.

The drawings team is heavily invested in improving performance, as well as delivering new features. I spend a lot of time listening to customers, understanding their workflows. Every customer request that we get, from meetings, emails, forum posts etc. gets collected and categorized in our feature request database. This information is used to prioritize the features that we build. Autodesk is fully invested in drawings in Fusion, below is a snapshot from our public roadmap, the green bubbles are features that we have delivered over the last 2 years (more details in my signature below).
