Move folder between projects doesn’t work

I am a Fusion (free) user and want to reorganise my folders and designs. I created some new projects and started moving folders from my old project to the new projects which worked fine. However some folders can’t be moved, but I don’t know why. The error message only states that it is impossible to move the folder. 

Some folders worked some not. Can anyone help to find why that is?

You may have some cross-referenced files between the projects.

Yes, I have some files which are referencing other files.

I fixed the issue by migrating my projects from my personal hub to the teams hub. In the teams hub it is apparently possible to move files between folders even if they have references.
