Mouse start to freeze just fusion start-up

Hi i don't know what triggers this but the mouse freezing even if im in youtube or reading in my browser but when im in fusion trying to orbit or just move the mouse it freezes.

Even if I'm not orbiting my piece and im reading on browser or seeing in youtube something if i have fusion 360 open the mouse starts to freeze.

i activate the RDP optimization trying to solve the problem but still freezing.

sorry for the trouble you are facing. Can you please attach the model here?

I don't see this issue with any models I am working with.
