Motion Study in Render

I apologize if this has been covered, but I am new to forums and can't find a thread that covers my problem in Rendering a motion study.

I have tried several times to cloud render a simple Motion Study.  I have seen the tutorials, I understand the process.  It is simple, yet four times I tried to Render and each time the resulting video has a frozen section (pause, or video stutter) in the resulting file.  The motion study plays correctly in Design, then I switch to Render, where the motion stops in the middle for a several frames in the final Render.  Then the video shoots ahead to catch up.  This puts a "skip" in the video which makes it not usable.  I feel I have correctly rendered the initial camera frame and materials, then rerendered the video in the cloud.

I would like help in finding a solution to achieving a smooth output video.  Online chat help was not able to help. The chat operator pointed me to an article "where people are experiencing similar problems" - unfortunately the end of that article was that there was no solution (and the problem there was not the same).

Your help is much appreciated

I hear @Anonymous.harper is good at similar problems in the boards..?

Hi @it.spectralmotion

This is likely a bug with the cloud renderer - if you share the file with me I can report it to our development team. I'll also reopen your support case and send you an email there.

Cheers,

Karina
