More Fusion 360 Mac trackpad issues

I've been using Fusion for a while now. Early on I had the common issues with orbiting using a trackpad, so I started using the Native trackpad add-in (saved in the ~/library/ folder for Fusion) and that fixed it. Everything else runs fairly fast so there's no reason the trackpad should lag.

Recently (I think since the last update) I've been having loads of issues with the trackpad. Usually - although not always - orbiting is fine. However pan, zoom and mouse commands are either hugely slow or completely unresponsive. Occasionally the old issue of zooming when I try to orbit returns. Sometimes I can't select any features in the design window or the timeline. Stopping the Native Trackpad add-in doesn't result in any noticeable changes to the behaviour. Restarting Fusion sometimes brings back normal function, and sometimes it comes back spontaneously. Pan and zoom using the icons is fully responsive.

Obviously this is getting really frustrating. Any ideas?

Here's some more detail on what triggers the behaviour:

I have a feature that acts on multiple selections, such as a fillet on a number of edges. I want to add a selection so I open the feature and then in this case set the fillet radius to zero to bring up the blue highlighted edges. Once I do this, the behaviour depends on whether the Native Trackpad add-in is running. If it isn't:

I can't select anything in the design window and the only trackpad command that is responsive is 'pan' (two finger swipe) which instead causes the window to zoom.

If it is:

I can't select anything, pan and zoom work but orbit is unresponsive.

A solution would be much appreciated!
