Solved: Model not visible

I am using an IPad and my models are not visible. I can see them when rotating and zooming, but as soon as I let go they vanish. I open them on my phone which is android based and they work just fine. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue.

I had the same issue. I solved it by getting out of all applications and holding down the Power Button until if prompted me to turn it off, waited a few minutes and held the power button to turn it back on.
