err.png  Though the Physical Material and Appearance is steel, the model accessed on web using the public link appears completely white. Please someone help me to fix this issue. I have tried using various browsers yet I face the same problem.

You will need to share the link in order for others to try and help.  When you do, make sure you allow download in the settings.

I will agree your model when I download it and add it to my database appears White as you show.  I then created a cylinder and applied Steel material to it, with the default appearance, and it appears normal.  My only guess is that you have modified your Steel material in the database.

Thanks for your reply,

Not only steel I tried applying various physical materials but everything appears white only on the browser. But, when I download the model it appears okay.

Let's try a reverse test.  I have attached a model with Steel Material and Steel-Satin Appearance.  Open it and save it to your database, then view it to see if it is white.

I tried resetting my graphics driver and Fusion itself. Its working now.

I truly appreciate your effort Sir, Thanks a lot

Does Graphic driver and public link have any connection? Just out of curiosity? My problem is fixed though.

You must remember that what you publish to the Web Database is what you see, so yes, your graphic driver is what is being used to create the image.  Glad you have it figured out.  Please mark your forum question as solved so it will be removed from the forum and allow others to search for similar solutions.  You will find the Accept Solution button at the bottom the forum post.

Edit: You marked the Accept Solution while I was typing.
