Missing Timeline and model Components

Urgent use of this model is required - Please help! Not one of the solutions previously posted are 'solutions' in this case:

  • Timeline is missing from blank page, also viewport control icons missing at bottom of the screen.
  • Opening the model (model of new house v59) shows half of Components are missing, and no timeline / controls as above.
  • Capture Design History is ON (I can toggle option to turn off)
  • Preferences set to Capture Design History
  • View: Reset to Default Layout - does nothing
  • Reset Windows Explorer does nothing
  • Restarting F360 / Windows does nothing
  • Viewport appears to be very slightly larger than it used to be, however I am reluctant to change screen resolution because it messes other things up (Windows 10 auto selected to 1920x1080 )
  • Nvidia GeForce 940MX: driver is updated / Windows drivers updated

See attached FULL SCREEN view to compare size - it seems just slightly larger and I think this has something to do with the issue.

Have you toggled between Windowed and Fullscreen and then back?

Im looking how to do this - can't seem to find the option in the F360 program or Windows Display settings. Can you please advise?

There are no visible viewport control icons at the bottom of the screen (they are missing)

I found it - now recovered everything! Screen size returned to normal and everything is back. Model recovered, many thanks!

Hi,

Normally, posts that have provided clues to the solution are marked as "accepted solution".
In this case it is the hint #2 (#5) by @seth.madore

I have found it is too easy to overthink the problems when so much is at
stake, like a 100 hour model! Glad to have brought this to light for
everyone else...thanks.
