Missing textures for materials

Hello,

The default textures in Fusion have disappeared (unlinked?) for about 90% of my materials. A reinstall has not resolved this issue.

Any ideas on how I can solve it?

As seen here, Pine has a texture, but Plywood and Poplar are missing. Anything missing is just set to a RGB color code similar to 179,179,179.

This is not unexpected, not every physical material has mapped textures or appearance.

They had textures just the other day. Plywood I know for sure had one as I was using it, hence the discovery.

Any tips on how to resolve this?

I would solve it by applying an appearance to the objects after the materials are applied.

You could save-as and modify the materials from the material manager if you wish it to be in the Material. But the reason many if not most do not have an assigned appearance at the material level is that it can differ considerably from the base material.

As far as i know the material library has not changed in any major way and all of those materials look the same as they did in 2019: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/appearances-limited-to-grey/td-p/8993754
