Missing Projects

I am using Fusion 360 with an Education License. I am very (VERY) new to Fusion. I set up projects for two of my classes. The students posted their projects under the project in specific folders. Fusion updated. Now the projects are gone. A few projects from last semester (when I was training) are still there. I can see the students' work under recent data (some of it--not all).  Is it gone? Can I retrieve any of it? I tried to ask Autodesk for support and they said that they could not help because I have an education license.

Thank you in advance for any help

Are you having this problem all of a sudden this morning? If so, I think other people, myself included, are having the same issue. AD is looking into the issue at the moment.

I opened my team information (not sure what it is called). I can see a list of all of my projects there. Everything is still listed. In Fusion, I can only see the security type set to Open. Most of my projects are security type as Folder-Level. Can I change the security type? How do i make sure that i create projects with an Open setting? I did not know that is what I was doing.

There seems to be an issue with folder level permissions this morning.

Thank you for your reply. My quick solution was to move their projects to a project with open security type.

My students also lost the team drives this morning 10/3/23 at about 9:30.

@awilliams Apologies for the experience. Can you please restart Fusion 360 and that should take care of this issue.
