The command Project is only available if you are in the Model Sketch Environment.  While in the sketch, "P" on your keyboard should bring it up.

OK, Thanks a lot. I found it there. The only thing I have missing is the purple lines of the body I am projecting. Is there a setting for this?

You have to have the Projection Link option checked if you want the projected geometry to be linked (Purple Lines).
