Missing folder : webdeploy

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

When I wanted to solve a simulation, the following error message appeared:

Erreur: Solver Error
Erreur: An error occurred while solving the model.

I looked upon Autodesk support a solution and I found this:

I need to find the NASTRANSolver folder in C:\Users\henderh\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\_GUID_\NASTRANSolver

The issue is I can't find the folder "webdeploy". Is it possible to get it one way or another or should I try something else?

Thank you for your answers

@Anonymous I believe you are using Windows OS. In the File Explorer enter the text %localappdata%\autodesk\webdeploy and press enter, it will take you to the Webdeploy folder.

I found below two posts that may be helpful, regarding the simulation error,

Thank you for your answer, but when I enter %localappdata%\autodesk\webdeploy and I press enter, an error message appears and it says : "Window can't find "C:\Users\rchuilon\AppData\Local\autodesk\webdeploy". Check and try again".

I have also checked the second link already but none of the solutions worked.

Thank you for your help.

@Anonymous Is Autodesk folder present under "C:\Users\rchuilon\AppData\Local"?

Yes, and there are the following folders:

"Autodesk Fusion 360"

"Common"

"Neutron Platform"

"Web Services"

Strange, can you specify the Fusion version you are using? Also, is it possible to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Fusion 360? Link to perform an automatic clean uninstall.
