Missing Drawing

I created a 2 page drawing of a sheet metal part.  Page 1 was standard 3 views and page 2 was the flat pattern.  I exported the drawing as PDF.  The PDF file name was v3 indicating that the file had been saved 3 times.  I closed the files but Fusion remained open.  I worked on several other files.  When I finally reviewed the printed PDF, I realized I needed to edit the Fusion Drawing however, it is missing and the search tool confirms it wasn't saved in the wrong folder.

I've attached the Fusion 360 Diagnostic Logs for review.

Thank you,

Sincerely Dale

The log files indicate that :

        1. Pump_Mt drawing is saved in the "3D_Print" Project

        2. Pump_Mt Flat Pattern drawing is saved in the "General Projects" Project

        3. Pump_Mt.f3d is saved in the "General Projects" Project

You should be able to find the missing files in the respective projects

Thank you very much!

I have a few questions:

1) Is it by design that when I create a drawing it doesn't default save into the same folder where the model resides but instead the last folder opened?

2) When I did a search from data panel home I couldn't find my missing file.  It appears that the search defaulted to one project instead of all projects.  Is there a way to search all of the projects instead of just one and how do I change to a different project?

DOH! I found the answer to question #2, I can't believe I missed the drop down list.  I wish the GUI was larger with better contrast.
