I have been having connection issues even when my network connection is working.  I tried running repair fusion to correct the issues. The repair pro ess failed and now I am unable to open Fusion be cause there is a missing .dll file.

I have attached a screen shot of the error I reveive when trying to open Fusion.

Inhave a single use license but am also part of a team share.  The error suggests trying a program reinstall.  How xan I corre t this without loosing my team connections and all the associated design file data?

Thank you

Hi,

Design file data is stored in the cloud. You access it by logging into Fusion using your login ID, on any computer that has Fusion installed.

Reinstalling Fusion is one way to fix a missing .dll file. I suggest starting with this article. It has instructions for starting the service utility if Fusion is not running. (hold down ctrl+shift while Fusion starts, until the utility appears).

If that fails, try using Windows Control Panel to uninstall Fusion.

If that doesn't help, there is a link in the Fusion Service Utility article to instructions for a manual uninstall of Fusion, towards the bottom.
