Mirror taking forever to render

Hey guys, 

I was working on the fingers for an iron man glove, exported it from mesh to solid, and tried to mirror it, but its taking forever and my laptop claims that the application is not working on fusion 360. Is it just taking forever to render, or is it genuinely not responding?

Here is a picture of it. Help ASAP would be vastly appreciated.

(P.S Im on mac m1 13inch btw)

We really would need to see this design to know why it's doing that. My gut says its quite a complicated mesh body and the timeline is enabled.
