Mirror feature doesn't work as intented

Hi community,

i try to mirror a "hole" feature and it's not working as intented, i think.

The hole command cuts holes through body 1 and 6, the mirror feature should cut through body 1 and 5, but it cuts only through body 1.

I've  attached the file with the problem.

Thanks in advanced,

Gery

I think that's the whole point; in Hole (or other command e.g. Extrude) you specify the body to be altered. Mirror (and also Patterns) copy profile, cut distance and target body list. If body ID is different how can Fusion know which body it must alter? Your model is simple, but in a case where you have two overlapping bodies (say body 5 and body 4) and choose to cut hole only in body 5 how can Fusion decide affected body in mirror position?

One simple solution is first join body 5&6, mirror, then separate them again. Like this:
