mirror a spline sketch

was wondering how to mirror this spline sketch ?

followed lots of google tips but i cant get it to work

Thank you for your posting 

Do you want a mirror in a Sketch mode or Feature mode? I'm a bit confused what you want. Could you explain in detail or share your design

yes i wanted to mirror the sketch i still couldn't work out how so i had to extrude it and make it into a body then mirror that

not what i was after but it worked

To be honest, mirroring the solid geometry is a better approach in general, so IMO, you found the correct solution.
