Can you open below location
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\<ALPHANUMERIC>\FUSIONDOCSTREAM\Autodesk\FusionDocAcad\platforms
Share a screenshot of the files in it.
Basically there should be one file "qwindows_Ad_5.dll "
If there is another folder that has "qwindows_Ad_5.dll ", then deleting the folder should work.
