Middle Mouse Button selecting, not panning.

Sometimes, randomly while I am drawing, my middle mouse button will start selecting, basically, mimicking the left click, instead of panning or allowing shortcuts to rotate.

The issue is has happened on multiple mice, and my middle click works in the sidebar to fast scroll through a list of folders. The issue is also persistent across different fusion files, any I open has the same issue until I fix it. I can remedy it by selecting the entire model, and then pressing the select icon under the Tools tab, or by restarting fusion. I don't know why the select fix works, but it fixed it every time I remembered to try it.

I have a screencast of it and you can see that I am indeed middle-clicking when it is selecting. Sorry, it looks a bit frantic, I wanted to get a video before it went away.

No screencast was attached far as I can see...

Is this on a PC or MAC. Is it a bluetooth mouse or wireless or usb hardwire?

I didn't realize I needed to hit insert after I selected it. But it keeps getting rejected as invalid HTML. Here is the direct link. The cursor shows I am middle-clicking, but it is trying to select things for some reason.

I'm using a razer basilisk hyperspeed, so it is both Bluetooth and the 2.4 wireless (although, it also occurs on all other mice I use for a long period of time, including a normal dell wired one.)

Windows 10, latest update, along with the latest version of fusion, but the problem did not start recently, and has lasted several updates of windows and fusion.
