Mesh patching

Newbie...still learning! Does anyone have any idea on how to patch this?

Thanks for posing! 

If you click on Model in the upper left side of the screen, then you can navigate to the patch workspace, where there are tool like "stitch" and "extend". 

Are you trying to achieve a flat edge here? If you attach your design here, we can help you more specifically.
