Merging Branch doesnt work

I'm trying to merge a branch but it never works. I contacted Autodesk by mail over than a week ago, but no answers, I called twice and spoke with the assistance but they could help me, I wrote on the chat but the chat is useless.

The app tried to merge the branch and it always failed, the program suggested to contact you by e-mail and I did.

I'm trying to solve this problem but I fell completely abandoned by Autodesk. This is not a valuable service.

File > export > save as f3d locally  > attach it to the next post.

Sorry but how can i export the branch if I cannot enter into the branch?

As far as I recall, Branch and Merge was discontinued quite some time ago, almost a year ago at least....

Yes, but I don't want to use the branch tools, I just want to merge or download the files from the branch that I can see on the master folder in Fusion 360.
