Menu ribbon not displayed since last update

Hi, 

I've just updated fusion 360 to the latest version but the menu ribbon only displays labels when moving the mouse over the labels

Any thought what going on? I've tried to switch to the light windows theme but doesn't make any difference

QT_OPENGL=software raises an error but QT_OPENGL=angle solved the issue
