Measuring tool reads different than sketch demension

  1. If I creat a constrained sketch with a fixed size object, like two walls 10mm apart, and extruder it. If I measure that distance with the measuring tool, I get an incorrect value. It is the same value weather I use the edges or snap points
  2. If I then crest a sketch on the plane and create a line between the 2 points, it reads correct.
  3. This issues has burned me more than once. Can't trust the measuring tool

Thoughts? Suggestions? Help?

Hi,

Check which edges or surfaces were used for the measurements.
