Measure tool: Blank results

I'm not able to measure from the offset plane to the rounded face on the handle as you can see in the first measurement I take in the below video:

Latest Fusion.

I'd attach the f3d file if Fusion let me export/save as to my computer but that's broken currently so.

- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

I tried to replicate the problem on my system, but where I'd not able to do that, and the measure feature is working fine on my trial models.

Try creating a 3d surface for an offset distance of zero on the curved face and try to measure.
