Measure Tool: Angle of 0.000 displayed, but no distance

The angle should be 0 (as displayed) but I'm looking for the distance between the two planes:

I looked at you file and I don't get that same strange measurement when I select the same surfaces.

 

Edit: I do not see an angle but also no distance...

I have also had this issue with the sheet metal parts, it's a very weird issue and I am unable to reproduce it unfortunately

This happens occasionally, I think it's a rounding error where something to the nth decimal place is triggering inspect to treat like an angle but it's so small it can only display 0.00

If that's the case then there's also a bug with either the align or extrude commands. I aligned the model to the origin, created the sketch on the top face of that part, then used the extrude command.
