The video is really fast and doesn't explain much. What are you trying to measure, and what is the bug?

@Phil.E The bug is the odd dimension you get if you select the cylindrical boss and the flat face. I've seen this a few time lately in my designs but not had time to create a design I could share.

I could see that. What is not clear is what the intended result is. Why pick those two inputs, and what is the desired result rather than this odd dimension?

Should give you min and max distances plus centre line to plane like this.

@Phil.E Here's another example from one of my designs. I've only exported the component so ignore the warnings in the timeline, they don't affect the measure bug. File's attached.

Hi again. This week Fusion 360 had a major update to build 2.0.8749. This bug should be fixed in this latest update. Please update Fusion and let me know if you still find the same problem.
Verifying build number:
- Help > About
- Look for a number like "2.0.8XXX" in the about box.
- Current build is 2.0.8749
Updating Fusion 360:
- Start or restart Fusion
- Look at the Job status icon (the small clock in the top bar)
- If an update is downloading a small 1 appears on the clock.
- Click to see progress and restart message when it's done.

Possibly similar bug, the measurement should be square to the selected face not at an angle:
Build: 2.0.9142 on MacOS

Note: if you reverse the selections (plane then edge) it performs correctly.

Hi,
The Fusion 360 update today carries a fix for this problem. Can you please try it out and let us know what you think?
To receive the update:
1. Restart Fusion 360
2. Wait for the update to start, you'll see a small 1 appear on the job status icon (the clock)
3. Click on the clock icon to watch the progress
4. Click Restart when the update is ready
