I have searched my best to try and find a solution or answer, but can only find answers pertaining to Macs.

My fusion 360 is updated.

Is there additional information that would make finding a solution easier?

Have you looked at your Graphic Diagnosis dialog and found out the driver type your video card is using then go to your Preferences to match it.  If you switch your Preferences, you must restart Fusion 360.  Screencast will explain what I mean.

They're now both set to the same thing, but it still displays a blank window.
