When executing a project in which there were many parts of the same type of sheet material, I encountered the problem of incorrect export of flat patterns to DXF.

I agree that the Export Flat Pattern as DXF gives some issues but if your create a drawing and use the Output Sheet as DXF command you get good results. If the title block and borders are an issue that can easily be turned off under Sheet Settings before export. DXF is attached as a zip.
