Hi thanks for your speedy reply,I did search but  couldnt find anything to help me

Sorry about my poor 360 skills, the curve in question ,which will be a former for a  wing I'm trying to create, is still in the same plane as the wing ,sketched on the end  as you will hopefully see if I've managed to upload the file ok!

I just need to know the highest point on it,it is pretty flat on the top of the former  so it may be hard to pin down!

Thanks again for any help

Hi
Thanks
Only problem is there are lots of places where the maximum could be, could a tool do the work?
Thanks

Hi,

If the maximum in X is meant there is only one point.

Where are your dimensions in Sketch9?
Why is there no Vertical constraint on the vertical line?

Why is the vertical line not connected to the Origin?

Is Sketch10 on the correct plane?

Why are there no Horizontal constraints on the two horizontal lines?

Why are there no Vertical constraints between the right end of the horizontal lines and the Origin?

Why are there no dimensions?

You will have great challenges on a project of this complexity given the issues above.

These techniques are usually mastered months (years?) before taking on a project of this level of complexity.
