Hello.

I want to do more precise measurements when creating forms, and I see the box pop up with the number and the measurement type, but I can't select it to type anything in. Is there way to do that?

It is not clear which boxes you are referring to.  As you can see, when I create a Form Cylinder, the entry boxes are fully editable.

Ahh, I see I was not quite clear. Perhaps I should have included a picture. Apologies.

In your picture with the cylinder, I mean the small input box in the middle of the cylinder, with the highlighted number. How do I use that for precise adjustments? Is there a keyboard shortcut for that?

You would simply type in the value you desire.  The box number is highlighted ready for input.  If you need to change the precision, number of decimals, go to Fusion 360 and change your Units precision.
