Making models move - what am I missing?

I'm testing out a project for the laser cutter. I thought I had added all the correct joints but I can seem to make the model move. It is a bird that is supposed to rotate about the leg axle. Any help gratefully appreciated, file attached

Sorted it I think! I hadn't converted all the bodies to components
