[macOS] Freeze on first launch / Missing toolbars on subsequent launches

I've been running Fusion 360 on my system with no issues for months now. When I restarted the application today I noticed that the whole top tool bar disappeared. The buttons are still clickable, but the UI is invisible.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled Fusion to try and fix the issue. After install, on first launch, the application freezes on the splash screen ("Autodesk Fusion 360" logo & text). After I force quit the application it launches without freezing. However the top and bottom bars are still not visible (the side panel with the projects, etc shows up fine).

I've also gone through and did a manual uninstall / reinstall as described here, but the result is the same as described above with the freeze on first launch, and missing UI on subsequent launches.

System Specs:

macOS 12.1

2.9 GHz Intel i9

32 GB Ram

Radeon Pro 555X 4GB graphics card
