Low Resolution on Data Panel and right side

After an update from not using Fusion for a number of months, poor resolution on the side Data Panel and some weird panel on the right, I cannot use the app. I do not recall changing the resolution on my windows 10 settings either. Any ideas out there?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, none of those solutions resolved my issue. My graphics driver is up to date as follows:
Intel HD Graphics 530

ProviderIntel Corporation
Version26.20.100.7262
Date2019-09-25

The only thing I found that might be a concern is that the graphics diagnostics state that my GPU Driver Date is "Unknown".
