A year or so ago my email account got closed. I created a new AutoDesk account for Fusion 360 with my new email. I need some files from the other account but have forgot the password and can not reset because the email account is gone. Is there a way to regain access?

Hi @lohmeyer.keith,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
Hmmm, without having access to the old email account, this might be tough to recover your password. Can you please private message me your old email address (as well as your new one) and I can see what I can do.
Thanks,

Hi @lohmeyer.keith,
Just sent you a PM with a new, manual password for you old account. Please follow my instructions in my PM to change the password and then sign into A360 and extract the data from your old hub.
Let me know if that worked or if you need any more help!
Thanks,

@beemergb I can't directly help you, but I can offer my sympathy. I'm fairly certain the appropriate team will be able to sort you out, but it will require some patience. It's the weekend, and it's a holiday on Monday in the USA. So.....yeah...

Hi @beemergb ,
Are you sure you are logging in with the same email address you were creating the Bonneville parts with? If you navigate to C:/users/username/appdata/local/autodesk/autodesk fusion 360 - how many alpahnumeric folders do you see? (Note app data is a hidden folder, so you will have to enable hidden folders in Windows Explorer). Each folder is correspondent to an individual email address used on the machine.
Let me know, happy to help.
Thanks,

Hi @beemergb ,
I'm happy to investigate this further with you, if you have time for a screenshare session. Can you please collect a screenshot of that directory I posted however? I need to see the alpahnumeric folder numbers.

Hi @James.Youmatz , I am in the exact same situation as @lohmeyer.keith was in. I can't log into my F360 account to reset my password since I have permanently lost access to the email address.
Would you be so kind as to assist me? The email for the account I am trying to access is charliepowers@fulcrumwoodwork.com
Thank you!
